Oct. 2000	IT-Com hold Japan’s first Web call center opening ceremony.
Jan. 2001	IT-Com found DoIT 21 Project Promotion Conference.
Feb.2001	"AIR DO-Web reservation center" service In and "Web-Telephony" release
Mar. 2001	IT-Com provide Web call center support at Retail Tech Japan.
Sep. 2001	IT-Com participate in e-silkroad in Sapporo.
Feb. 2002	IT-Com provide IT training for 18 Russians in a project commissioned by the Foreign Ministry.
Mar. 2002	President Koganezawa takes office as member of the board of Sapporo Shury.
Jun. 2002	IT-Com provide multi-linguistic support desk (8 languages) for the World Cup Sapporo site.
Jul. 2002	IT-Com provide a call center service for Sapporo Basic Resident Register Net.
Aug.2002	Tokyo Office and Osaka Center opened.
Nov.2002	IT-Com develops “Navi-Telephony” as “IP-PBX&CTI@ASP” and implements it. Its head office is transferred to Sapporo and the Sapporo Center moved to the south of Sapporo Station.
Jun.2003	Joint patent application with Graduate School of Engineering Hokkaido University
Sep.2003	"Production Mana joint development challenge business"of Sapporo city is adopted.
Apr.2004	Recognition of Privacy mark(JIPDEC) is acquired.
Oct.2004	Osaka center is transferred to Umeda.
Mar.2005	Sendai center is established.
May.2005	The opening ceremony of Sendai center is held on the Miyagi Prefectural governor.
Jul.2005	OJT is held concurrently after Iwamizawa center was established and business is opened.
Oct2006	The opening ceremony of Iwamizawa center is held on the Hokkaido governor representation (head of Governor's Secretariat).
Jul.2007	A Sapporo City citizens call center is opened under the terms of an entrusting contract.
Sep.2007	IT-Com win the "Encouragement prize" of the JiIT excellent customer support commendation system.
Dec.2007	IT-Com win the "IT business reformation prize" of JiIT the 25th IT prize.
