Our company gains the customer's trust, which is one of our most important concerns in all company activities, through its advanced call center and its related business as an information-processing service company.
We recognize that we have an important social responsibility to ensure that all private information which comes into our possession is dealt with in a secure and safe manner. Moreover, the following policies are enacted to ensure appropriate compliance with our stated security commitments.
- When customers’ individual information is collected, used, or offered, the purpose has to be specified, and we also take measures for forbidding the use of such information for purposes other than those stated.
- We observe the Personal Information Protection Law, a policy that is set by the government, and other standards.
- We take all reasonable measures to protect against the leakage, loss, destruction, etc. of individual information.
- We are continually attempting to appropriately manage individual information by not only executing educational campaigns to the employees, but also by appointing expert managers.
- We have a special section set up where supervisors and managers respond rapidly to requests and complaints from the customers.
- Regarding the dual systems of management of property information and protection of private information, we respond to customers’ needs and social situations. Moreover, we are continually attempting to improve our systems concerning the protection of individual information.
