  • Q: What are the differences between comprehensive work and regular service?

    A: Although both start as communicators, those in comprehensive positions are able to become supervisors after two years of service.

  • Q: Is it all right that I am inexperienced?

    A: The training system is comprehensive, so even someone with no experience will be able to work competently after training.

  • Q: Can part-time workers become comprehensive work employees?

    A: Yes. There is a full-time appointment system. If you are willing to work any shift, then we will judge your application based on our regulations.

  • Q: Is it ok that I do not know how to use a computer before entering the company?

    A: It is necessary to know how to input characters, because it is critical for interacting with customers.

  • Q: Is it possible to get transferred?

    A: It depends on the occupational category. We will consider any request.

  • Q: How do you protect the privacy of the application?

    A: We protect the information that comes from administrative bodies, government agencies and municipalities by security policies such as key card attestation, password number attestation, fingerprint authentication and terminal IC card management etc.
    We expect to make further assurance with security of individual information protection.

  • Q: How do you protect individual information?

    A: Our server is at H-IX (Information technology), so that we have a perfect data management system. More over, in the center, communicators are not allowed to use any storage medium but instead use a thin client terminal (WBT).
    Thin client terminal is managed by IC card, so that security system is complete.
    The use of the privacy mark was permitted since May, 2004.

  • Q: Are communicators dispatch workers or contract employees?

    A: In IT-Communications, the official/regular members are assumed to be communicators. Otherwise, being taken on as a shift business member or as a comprehensive work member depends on your request.

  • Q: How do the communicators skill-up?

    A: There is a three months training system on entering our company. In addition, you can get step by step skill-up by follow-up training after that.
    We make our best effort to keep our compensation system without unfairness by using our own master skills institution.

  • Q: Is there advanced help operated by people with expertise or foreign language ability?

    A: We offer help desks with expertise and foreign languages. We have not only specialist information support in the telecommunication field in the Japanese language but also in many foreign languages such as English, Chinese, Korean and other languages.
