Why did you choose IT- Com
I was attracted to a phrase on the company’s poster which mentions treating each employee with respect and the mention of evaluation system. When I went to the interview, I truly felt this and felt there was a chance for me to step up and share my old experiences. So I decided to join this company.
What kind of job do you do and what is your position?
I work in the foreign languages technical support section of our major ISP (internet service support) company. Our client company is expecting our foreign language section, in particular, to be different from such a section in other companies. We have about 40 members of different ages and from different countries. We are trying our best to get better results than expected under our management, so that we can feel contentment and achievement day by day. Our members in the foreign section are from different countries and are of different ages and have grown up in completely different environments. Therefore, it is necessary to have a perfect language ability to be able to listen to their opinions and put all the ideas together.

Our center is a large scale section from which our client company expects a lot. This is also a selling point that is different from the other companies.
