IT-Communication Inc. started the new call center business. They aim to service differentiation and developed their own PBX/CTI system. Therefore, they achieved excellent service in the cost performance and availability. In addition, they accept the communicators as regular members, and set up the operation center in Hokkaido.

They cooperate among the government, industry and academia to develop the system and telephone technology, so there is much significance in having been achieved with business development of the collaboration type.

According to development of the business, the management system and service function was set up sensitively according to the needs in their call center. Moreover, the market is expanding by the development with the ASP business.

As for this approach, constructing the business system to achieve service with a competitive edge that sticks to original development as an aim and achieving success by developing their own strategic and customized IT system and also successful business reformation was appreciated by the awards body.

We were awarded the prize, "Best Customer Support of The Year 2007 prize" from the IT Association on excellent customer support commendation system in 2007 fiscal year.
We won because of the consistent regular member employment, clarification of evaluation, flexibility and speed of our IP-PBX system.

At the same time, we have a clear objective of our business, and aim to improve customer satisfaction through the efforts of the staff.
